The Riga Summit took place in Riga, Latvia from April 27-29, 2015, and gathered more than 350 participants from all parts of the world, representatives of various fields – businesses, the European parliament, Latvian parliament, technology providers, linguists and researchers.

Topic of this blog post was requested by some members of the Agro-Know team. Indeed, working and assembling all the data together we could see what are those human resources that we so often refer to. The Admin team collects basic information about the team members in order to extract useful analytics.
Agro-Know’s population sums up to 25 people at the moment; a number that is changing mostly due to the acquisition of new team members. You can see some statistical data on who we are and what we look like in the graphs right below.

The Admin (Admin) is one of the four Agro-Know Departments. Since 2009 Admin team in Agro-Know is evolving and growing inside and together with Agro-Know itself. Our fours teams are supporting Agro-Know in all its businesses:
1) Office management. For the last 1.5 years we are having two offices with 25 people working in them full-time or part-time. Office management team is supporting all the logistics, secretary works, provisions of consumables etc. In two words – keeping the everyday work environment and work process smooth and flawless. It’s been almost a year since our blog was officially launched. And in a strange way it happened that Vassilis the most active blogger, who interviewed everyone, wrote and posted about everything is still not known to the wider audience.
Vassilis is one of the most experienced Agro-Know’ers, he started his career in Agro-Know back in 2010. Somewhere in 2011 I knew Vassilis as project manager 🙂 then he changed his role couple of times, and now we know him as Marketing and Networking Manager. Let me start with bit of pre-history. A little more than three years ago Agro-Know family found its new permanent “laaarge” home (I put quotes because we don’t fit there anymore) . Day by day, month by month the AK family was growing.
