Ο συνεργάτης που αναζητάμε θα πρέπει να υπερέχει σε οργάνωση και ευελιξία και να φέρνει εις πέρας τις προκλήσεις που προκύπτουν κατά την καθημερινή υποστήριξη του γραφείου

ΚΥΡΙΕΣ ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ:

Καθημερινή υποστήριξη σε όλα τα καθήκοντα του Administrative Department:

  • Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη (καθημερινές εταιρικές συναλλαγές, αρχειοθέτηση, κτλ.)
  • Συντήρηση αρχείου, έγκαιρη παραγγελία, καταγραφή και αποθήκευση αναλωσίμων και λοιπού εξοπλισμού απαραίτητου για την ομαλή λειτουργία του γραφείου
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρίας για υποστήριξη σε διαχειριστικά και λειτουργικά θέματα
  • Προετοιμασία εταιρικής αλληλογραφίας (με τη χρήση εργαλείων Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Γραμματειακές και διαχειριστικές ικανότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος).

Working on the AGRERI revamped website

Happy to receive a visit from the AGRERI team!

Last Friday (19/2/2016) we had the pleasure to host a meeting with the team of the Agricultural Economics Research Institute (AGRERI) in our premises. During the last few months both teams were working extensively on the revamp of the Institute’s official website. AGRERI is a major Greek Research Institute focusing on Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Development, and Entrepreneurship, while it supports farmers’ networks and cooperatives for deploying their Agribusiness Strategy.

Our friends at AGRERI wanted to upgrade their online presence, with a revamped website. Their most important requirement, though, was their strong will to create an online hub for showcasing the results of their research and also provide all interested parties (farmers, advisors, agricultural economists) with rich information from all over the world.… Click to read the full post

A very hot August is almost round the corner, but Agro-Know is in full throttle working on the next release of our AKstem.com product. Our team is working on a service that will automatically set up a customised micro-site for institutions that make their bibliography available through AKstem to channels like FAO’s AGRIS.

We want to provide to agriculture, food and forestry journals with a simple and intuitive way to present their content to interested audiences, helping the process of searching and navigating through the publications.

Big Data Europe Workshop in Vienna

Big Data Europe project logoThe members of the 7 societal challenges of the Big Data Europe Project gathered in Vienna on April 1st, 2015 to communicate their next steps in terms of requirements elicitation and workshops’ planning. Agro-Know in a joint partnership with the Food & Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is responsible for the societal challenge of “Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research, and the Bioeconomy” and went to Vienna to present the requirements elicitation methodology and also discuss with other consortium members the next steps of this promising project.

A good meeting starts from the night before!
