Between 26/03/2015 and 26/06/2015, I had the chance to be an Agro-Know’er as part of the Account Management internship and through this blog post I want to share with you some of the highlights of my work in Agro-Know.
My basic work these months, was to manage the huge portfolio of Agro-Know’s customer accounts, to collect info data for new organizations and individuals and import them into the CRM system. To be honest, this wasn’t my only task as I was involved in several other projects providing assistance to the business development team. The Environment and the People
From July 2014 till October 2014, I had the opportunity to work in Agro-Know as part of an internship program, working on the Global Water Pathogen project. The project involves developing an open access online platform for all related information on pathogens in water.
Although this is the second time that I have worked in a company, it is the first time that I have worked in such a positive business environment. While bosses can be very strict and distanced and you have to importune them for a meeting since their time is very limited, I found here a totally different case.… Click to read the full post
From 16/07/14 to 16/10/14 I had the opportunity to work in Agro-Know as part of an internship program, working on information management of different types of data in the field of Food Science & Technology. Days have passed and the internship program is officially finished so it’s a good opportunity to share with you some first impressions and experiences I had the chance to gain so far.
Usually – if not always- the first day at the office can be a special (and a little bit awkward) day for a new member since it’s a new entry to a dynamic working team that has been already collaborating for a long time.… Click to read the full post
