ECVET-STEP: Developing a Model of European-Wide Learning Mobility in VET


The European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) is a powerful tool of the strategic framework for European cooperation in Education and Training (ET 2020) for increasing cross-border cooperation in education and training. ECVET aims to lead to portable qualifications and transferable learning outcomes, thereby making learning mobility and lifelong learning a reality for young and adult learners.

EU Member States have started implementing ECVET, as CEDEFOPʼs (European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training) 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 monitoring reports show. Lean AKademy – Episode I


Last Wednesday (26/3/14) we started our Lean adventure in AK, kicking off, our very own, Lean AKademy! After quite some time of planning, reading, preparing and arguing about it, the time came for me personally to welcome six colleagues into the first iteration of the Lean AKademy three-phase cycle!
